The channel was founded by Dr. Sudhish S Rambhotla, the Chairman and Managing Director of MilliToons Entertainment Ltd. He was a Management Consultant to leading industrial groups in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and was advising on various aspects of corporate functioning to major industrial houses. He has been conferred a doctorate degree by the Burkes University for his professional contributions.
